A workflow mapping was created in collaboration with the client to scope out the requirements for their agency's workflow, from tracking leads, creating contracts, monitoring progress on milestones, automated billing invoices, as well as Dashboards and Reports in Smartsheet. 

An advertising company requested the ability to track KPI for sales managers and field staff along with a dashboard to share with c-level executives.

A staffing company was migrated to a completely paperless system for employee onboarding in Smartsheet via a JotForm integration to capture conditional logic and workflows and signature via DocuSign.

A real estate management company wanted the ability to tracks leads into a central database in Smartsheet. The previous process of using Excel and PDFs were migrated seamlessly to Smartsheet.
